About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. During my training, I developed a strong foundation in somatic approaches, which I continue to incorporate into my work to help clients connect with their bodies and emotions in meaningful, healing ways.
I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating life’s transitions—whether it’s a shift in identity, relationships, career, or family dynamics. I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore challenges and build on their strengths.
My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, parenting, family conflict, self-esteem, stress, and women’s issues. I believe that with the right tools and support, healing and growth are not only possible—they’re within reach.
