Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
Therapy services are currently self-pay only. Insurance billing options will be available soon. If you would like to be notified when insurance billing becomes available, please contact us to be added to our notification list.
For self-pay clients
Under the No Surprises Act, self-pay and uninsured clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of non-emergency services. You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during your care.
Benefits of self-pay services
No required diagnosis – You can receive counseling without having to meet insurance criteria or be assigned a mental health diagnosis, allowing for more privacy and flexibility in your care.
Unlimited sessions – Your treatment plan can be guided by your needs rather than insurance restrictions, meaning you can continue therapy for as long as it’s beneficial.
What should I expect at my first session?
