    Individual Therapy

If you're struggling with anxiety, healing from trauma, or coping with grief, individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space to process emotions and begin healing. I provide personalized, one-on-one counseling to help you manage anxiety, recover from traumatic experiences, and navigate the pain of loss.
